These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Siteon’s website and services. By accessing our site or engaging Siteon for services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Siteon provides design and development services, including (but not limited to) e-commerce storefront builds, conversion optimization, and related consulting. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope will be defined in a written proposal or agreement.
2. Proposals & Scope
All proposals are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. Any work outside the agreed scope (e.g., extra features, revisions beyond the included rounds) may incur additional fees, which will be quoted before proceeding.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access to content, assets, feedback, and approvals required for us to deliver the project. Delays in providing such materials may extend delivery timelines.
5. Revisions
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds (outlined in the proposal). Additional revisions will be billed at our standard hourly/daily rates.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property created by Siteon remains our property until full payment is received.
Upon final payment, ownership of the completed design and deliverables transfers to you.
Siteon reserves the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless agreed otherwise in writing.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information received during the project.
8. Warranties & Limitations
We warrant that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care.
We cannot guarantee specific business results (e.g., sales, rankings).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Siteon’s liability for any claim is limited to the total fees paid for the project.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the project with written notice if the other materially breaches these Terms and fails to remedy within 14 days. Upon termination, all completed work to date will be invoiced and payable.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany (adjust if you want a different jurisdiction). Disputes will be subject to the courts of Berlin.
